JOHN S. KODA
is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Communications/Journalism and University of Florida College of Law in 1989. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, has been admitted to the practice in the Federal District Court, and Middle District of Florida. John is a charter member and Past President of the Venice-Englewood Bar Association. John is also the two time Past President of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Sun Coast. John is active with the Sertoma Club of Venice for which he is a Past Board Member. He also serves on the School Advisory Council for Laurel/Nokomis School. John formerly represented the State of Florida as a senior staff attorney in the prosecution of cases involving consumer protection issues. He concentrates in the areas of business law and commercial litigation.
